A way to efficiently encode amplitudes into quantum registers with the ability to optimally approximate the target state by finding similar states that have lower entanglement.

Classes

LocalMPSTensor([tensor, left_bond_dim, ...])	Cores of the tensor network.
MatrixProductInitializer(MPS)	Generate the unitaries needed to prepare the desired state given the desired Matrix Product State (MPS).
MatrixProductState(tensor_list)	A class for representing a matrix product state.
